Gardanet was established in 2004 as the Official Representative of Honeywell Sensing & IoT products for the whole of Italy. In this area, Gardanet serves as both Official Representative and Distributor.

Company history

The steps that have marked our commitment so far

Gardanet is founded by the three founders, all former Honeywell Sensing & Control division employees.

Honeywell ceases importing and distributing Sensing & Control products. Gardanet then becomes the Italian representative both as agent and distributor of Honeywell Sensing & Control. The range is also completed with optical safety barriers and lighting controllers from Cometà (another Honeywell division).

Gardanet expanded its range by obtaining the contract to distribute Honeywell Thermal Solution products; control devices for burners and boilers.

Further expansion of the range by obtaining the contract to distribute sensors from the Honeywell Aerospace division.

Honeywell's production line of piezo-electric igniters was acquired and from that point on became an integral part of Gardanet's product portfolio.

Gardanet's new headquarters is inaugurated, a facility with around 650m2 of warehouse and over 500m2 of office space, suitable for accommodating a reinforced sales network and technical staff supporting customers.
